we have added some great field locations such as Wilson High School Hacienda Hts,Upland Pony Fields in Upland and more field locations coming.

(all our fields have a field crew, site director and snack bar, plus since we do not combine our events with other organizations you will always play by 1 set of rules and almost never change field locations during pool play)

2 Games Guaranteed

9U - 12U = 200.00

13U = $225.00 (54x80)

13U-14U (60x90) = $250.00 when not played on high school fields

13U-14U (60x90) = $285.00 When played on high school fields

Event Format:
All teams will play 2 games guaranteed. Teams will play 2 pool play games with the best 2 records advancing to play in a Championship Game. If a division has 10 or more teams, 2 separate championships will be held. Teams must supply baseballs for each game. All teams must submit tournament roster form (fully completed with parents signatures) before their first game. All rosters are final once submitted and no changes can be made. ** All Teams Must Pay a Deposit when registering ***
  • 9u-12U - 1st place team get Shirts (at field) 2nd place (only when Posted) get shirts
  • 13U - 18U - Champions get shirts at fields




Important Tournament Information

Please read before entering in this event:

  • The deadline to drop out is Wednesday week of Tournament. Any drops after that will be subject to a penalty fee and forfeit all entry fees. NO DROPS ARE ALLOWED ONCE A DIVISION IS FULL.
  • Last day to sign up for the event is Thursday week of Tournament if not already full.
  • The pay online deadline is Wednesday week of Tournament. Any team paying by check must mail out and have it received by us no later than Thursday week of Tournament. Any NSF checks will include a $35 penalty fee and you will have to pay online in advance for all future events from now on.
  • Teams paying cash at the fields must pay their deposit fee by Thursday online and the rest of the fees BEFORE their 1st game. Your 1st game will not start until fees are paid.
  • By registering for this event, you agree to pay and play following all Policies and Guidelines.


  • It is mandatory to check in your team 1 hour prior to game time. There will be a check in booth at each location.
  • Please bring the following at check in: Completed official HCB Roster with parent signatures, Proof of Team Insurance, and copies of birth certificates.
  • It is your responsibility to check this page every day for any changes. Field locations are subject to change without notice.
  • Schedules/Brackets will be posted online every Friday around 9pm week of Tournament. They are not final till Saturday at 6pm. It is your responsibility to keep checking back for any changes. Changes will only occur if a error was made on Schedule.
  • Game times request will only be considered for the teams that either pay online or by check in advance. Teams paying cash at the field will not be granted any request unless they pay their deposit fee. Request are not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate any request.
  • Scores will be posted throughout the day on our website. Playoff seedings will be posted online once the last game of the day has finished.
